Over the past number of years Peake's Quay with its beautiful views of the Charlottetown Harbour has become a very popular location for large corporate functions. The Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP) held the City of Charlottetown Community Fun Night at the historic Charlottetown Seaport Event Centre where Peake's Quay catered the event. This event took place on August 10, 2009 and over 700 delegates and exhibitors attended. With the dedicated support and assistance of John Likely and his team from Peake's Quay, this event was a huge success. The service of a complete lobster supper was done in a very timely fashion with plenty of food and beverages for all. The added touch of mussels was great and everyone raved about them.
Once again, a big thank you to you and your team for excellent service, great food and a very memorable evening of a night of Island hospitality which was enjoyed by all our delegates.

The Canadian Association of Motor Transport Administrators (CCMTA) Annual Meeting, held from May 19th to 24th was a huge success and I want to thank you for your part in ensuring that success.

On behalf of the partners of Goss Gilroy Inc., I would like to send along a heartfelt "thank you" for the marvelous job you and your staff did on Tuesday, June 6th when our firm hosted our 25th anniversary at Peake's Quay.
As you know, I was involved in organizing the details with you and sadly was not personally in attendance. However, I have heard rave reviews about how accommodating you were to the GGI partners and to all who attended. Among the comments that came back were that the setting was lovely; the music was lively and just the right volume; the food was delicious with ample quantities and there were plenty of wait staff serving through the course of the entire evening. This was especially appreciated by those who arrived late and had not eaten an evening meal. Apparently, conference delegates from afar (West Africa) were seen thoroughly enjoying quantities of PEI mussels. All to say'a good time was had by all largely because of the hard work of you, your chef, catering staff and the management of Peake's Quay.
Please pass along our appreciation to all those who had any part to play in the success of our reception. We would highly recommend your location to anyone considering a similar function. Thank you.

I am writing this letter in response to the GREAT JOB you and your staff performed at our Lobster supper held on the Government Wharf for the Canadian Police Association.
There are times that organizations such as yours would not look at taking on such a request , But with your determination and thoroughness the Supper came off in flying colors. Although it has been a year since the event we Islanders are still hearing about how good the supper was and how this small province held its own against the larger provincial organizations.
With groups such as yours " The Island way of life will be instilled greater into the hearts of people who are fortunate to come to the Island.

The Delegates who attended our Lobster Fest are still talking about it. We always hold an off-site event but the last one at Peake's Quay was labeled as " THE BEST EVER"
